英蘭石油大手のロイヤル・ダッチ・シェル がこのほど発表した2009年10－12月期（第4四半期）決算の最終損益は19億6,000万ドルの黒字となり、前年同期の赤字（28億1,000万ドル）から回復した。原油価格の上昇に加え、前年同期のような多額の在庫評価損が生じなかったことが反映された。在庫評価の影響、特別項目を除いた利益は75％減の11億8,000万ドルに落ち込んだ。12月通期の純利益は前年比52％減の125億2,000万ドル。
